Simsim, so you are saying that its not the laws of PA that authorizes constables to detain a prisoner for transport? As I understand it, everything we do is based on statute.

I was only slightly "being smart" with my statement. As I read it, we fit that definition. Do you believe otherwise?

I read that definition so would have to agree you fit it. Just wasn't sure if you were being smart. We are on the same page.
