Warning to Constable Board

A long time ago I made a commitment to support the PA Constables in particular by giving them their own board. Today, I'm here to re-affirm that commitment. I support the Constable program and other similar type of programs. Like the SC Constable program which is different in many ways and similar in others.

I appreciate every one's view points, thoughts and opinions. But what I have seen lately is people, in particular on the Constable board, are people not being respectful of others opinions.

In Law Enforcement this isn't a good trait to have. If you can't be tolerant of others opinions and, at times, agree to disagree you should look for other employment, this career isn't for you.

With that said, I'm here to warn everyone that if they become disrespectful of others than I will be forced to handle that with swift action and no discussion. Disagreements are fine and to be expected but out right attacks are not. Use common sense when writing. If something upsets you when you read it and you find yourself not able to contain your anger, walk away, and post later.

Again, I don't expect everyone to agree on everything but have some courtesy for each other and for me, your host. Have some thick skin on both sides...
