I Have A Question.... I Want To Become A Police Officer But Have A Big Problem... I Have 2 Misdameanors On My Record One Is For False Instrament And The Other Is For Welfare Fraud... This Is What Happen.... I Got Amrried To A Guy Who Didnt Give Me The Truth About His Past.. He Was Convicted As A 3rd Degree Sex Offender When He Was 21 For Going Out With A Minor He Broke Up With Her She Called Rape Because Of It, (thats What His Siter Has Told Me) So He Was Slapped With A Level 3 Sex Offender. I Didnt No About This When I Married Him. I Started Watching One Of His Sisters Kids Through Dss She Got A Babysitting Grant Every Month From Them To Pay Me With, Well On The Documents It Asked If Anyone In The Household Had Ever Been Convicted Of Anything To Do With Children So I Put Down No One In My Household Had Been Convicted Of Anything To Do With Children, Well About A Month Later I Had Cops Knocking On The Door And Giving Me A Criminal Summons Due To They Found Out My Husband Had Been Convicted And I Had Put No On My Dss Documents So I Went Through Court For 6 Months And Then In January On My Last Court Date They Slapped Me With 2 Misdameanors And 1-3 Year Probabtion Am Fitting To Get Of In January My Probation Officer Said I Have Cooperated With Everything They Have Said And As Long As I Get The Restitution Payed Off By January She Will Have Me Kicked Off From Probation. Hey Slapped Me With False Instrument Due To I Said No One Had Been Convicted Of Anything To Due With Children And Then Due To It Was Dss Paying Me To Watch Her Children I Got Slapped With Welfare Fraud, And Ordered To Pay Back Everything They Payed Me For Watching The Children.. Now I Hear That Because Of These Misdameanors It Is Going To Stop Me From Doing Alot Of Stuff In The Lawenorcment Field Is That True?? I Want To Go To School To Become A Police Officer.. Any Information Would Be Gratefully Appreciated!!
