to be honest with you, it wouldn't really shock me if that was Rule, but I don't think it is.... ;D

As far as I can tell that is not him since I have seen that photo before, He appeares to be "twirling" a tongue ring and has bug eyes. Or he could also be eating raw meat one never knows.
