Hi all,
I am taking a poll on camraderie and morale in depts nationwide, please give your input on officer to officer, officer to superior, superior to officer,and officer, superior to administration. Please do not give your name or badge # but do include your dept, rank and years of service.

1. Do you feel there is a breakdown in the brotherhood of officers?

not at all /somewhat/absolutely

2. Do you feel that low morale is a problem in your dept?

Yes (why) No

3. Do you feel the rumor mill is out of control in the law enforcement community?

4. Do you feel you can rely on your superiors and/or fellow officers to back you up in a bad situation?

yes/no

5. Would you feel comfortable about handing your weapon to your partner to hold and turning your back?

yes/no (if yes go to question #6, if no, you are done, please feel free to comment on any of the questions in this survey.)


6.Would you feel comfortable revealing something private about your personal life to your partner? (example getting a divorce, financial problems, cheating spouse etc.)

yes/no (explain)

Ok folks I know this is a subject that no one really wants to discuss but I really need your input. So please go to my last thread(camraderie) and just do this quick survey. Remember, don't give ur name or badge #, just give your dept(ie sheriff,PD, FBI, if you choose) and years as a LEO. I am putting together an article to hopefully help boost morale and encourage camraderie nationwide.
